We have a 30-day return policy for online only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for full value of the item. You are able to request a return up to 60 days after delivery for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and returned in its original packaging or similar. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which will be located in an email receipt sent to you at the time of purchase.
The return postage value will be deducted from the refund, unless Good Quality Human is responsible for the error, such as , the wrong item was sent or you received damaged items.

In-store Purchases
Please try on the merchandise. There are no returns. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post the credit.
