Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Carrier shipping timelines apply once the order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Free standard shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $98 (before tax).

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Please note:

  • Carrier shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • We do not reimburse or refund expedited or priority shipping fees due to carrier delays.

  • Good Quality Human is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

 


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs processing.

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Good Quality Human is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Import restrictions

  • Duties or taxes charged upon delivery

  • Refused shipments due to unpaid duties

 

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or customs fees, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is damaged, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

We will assist in filing a shipping claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note:

  • Claims are subject to carrier approval and completion of
    Affidavit of loss by Customer.

  • Replacement or resolution will be handled once the carrier completes its investigation.

  • While we will assist with the claim process, Good Quality Human is not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

 


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Good Quality Human is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
